Our end-to-end installation process — from site survey to go-live. Every Wintek deployment follows this 6-step process.
Before any hardware ships, our team conducts a site survey — power points, network connectivity, mounting wall structure, ambient light levels, and viewing distance are all documented.
All hardware is pre-staged and tested at our warehouse before dispatch — displays are powered on, media players are pre-loaded with CMS credentials, and network config is pre-set.
Our certified installation team handles all mounting, cabling, and power. We use concealed cable runs where possible and ensure VESA-compliant mounting on all surfaces.
After physical installation, every screen is registered in Wintek CMS, assigned to its location group, and tested with live content before handover.
Your initial content library is uploaded, scheduled, and pushed to all screens. We verify playback on every screen before signing off on the installation.
We conduct a 2-hour CMS training session with your team — covering content upload, scheduling, screen monitoring, and how to raise support tickets.
